MA student takes office as scientific director
Fernando Rosseto takes office as the new scientific director of the Association of Labour Judges of the 18th Region.
Fernando Rossetto, current MA student at the Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Human Rights of the Federal University of Goias, took office as the new scientific director of the Association of Labour Judges of the 18th Region. The aim of this scientific directory is to organize conferences, congresses, courses and make partnerships with public and private universities in order to promote the science.
The new director is labour judge since 2014 and conducts a research on the justiciability of social rights at the Interamerican Court of Human Rights, under the supervision of professor Heitor Pagliaro. He has published the article O Caso Lagos Del Campo vs. Peru: impactos da sentença da corte interamericana de direitos humanos no plano interno brasileiro in the annals of CONPEDI - the biggest law congress in Brazil.
